Limited Challenges

Unlock at Castle Level 5 after Skirmish 3 - Vantage. Lasting 7-10 days (except for exceptions like Cosmo Unleashed, which was 60 days), these events offer special Hero Stages. The hero can be obtained by completing these stages, with Medals as rewards. Stages, situated to the right of the Castle, don't cost Stamina and range from six to ten. One stage unlocks per day for the first six days. Players can save them for the last day to unlock all stages. The same Limited Challenge may reappear, reusing stages for additional shields for the hero.

Requirements

Challenge stages come with specific requirements or restrictions that must be met for successful completion. These may include:

• All heroes must survive.
• Limit on the number of allowed hero deaths.
• Mandatory use of a specific hero.
• Clearing the stage with the imposed restrictions.
• Reduced time limit (e.g., 60s).

Note: When a specific hero is required for a stage, it gets locked into the Lineup with chains over the icon and cannot be withdrawn. If the player already possesses that hero, it's taken from their hero list, preventing the use of duplicate heroes. It's important to mention that heroes with revival abilities (such as Death Knight) can still experience one death despite hero survival restrictions.

Hero Lineups

In Hero Lineups, 1-5 heroes are consistently locked into stage lineups, requiring players to add 0-4 additional heroes to complete the lineup. These extra heroes must be selected from the player's existing hired heroes, and multiple lineup combinations are usually viable for each stage.

Note: It's essential to recognize that not all combinations guarantee success on the first attempt. Players may need to make multiple attempts to achieve victory.

Rewards

Upon successfully clearing each stage, players are entitled to a premium reward, comprising 1-3 Hero Medals. It's important to note that this reward is a one-time offering for each stage; subsequent completions won't yield additional rewards. Notably, all Hero Medal rewards thus far have been exclusively for Paid Heroes. Here's a breakdown of the Hero Medal rewards for each stage:

Stage 1: 1 Hero Medal

Stage 2: 1 Hero Medal

Stage 3: 1 Hero Medal

Stage 4: 2 Hero Medals

Stage 5: 2 Hero Medals

Stage 6: 3 Hero Medals

In total, players stand to earn a rewarding sum of 10 Hero Medals upon conquering all six stages in this challenging Limited Challenge event.
